I was just wondering if, after braces are removed, tehres a way to stop ur teeth from going back to the way they were before! I noticed with a couple friends, that after they had their braces off, i noticed there teeth started to go back to how they were before. Is this just because they didnt wear their retainer? Can anyone help?
