You should check around with other orthodontists.

From what I understand, rotated teeth are one of the more difficult alignment issues to correct.

I'd think you'd need rather minimal issues to be able to wear an appliance only at night and have it correct your teeth. Even with Invaslign, you wear it always except for when you're eating and brushing.

Are you sure that thing your cousin's friend isn't wearing a retainer at night to RETAIN the position of her teeth? I think there are appliances that will prevent shifting while baby teeth come in and such, so that may be what she is wearing. I have a feeling you're not getting all of the information of her case.

You're 15, so why are you even worried? Why don't you just get braces? It's a lot easier for many kids to get braces because it's almost expected of people your age to have braces. Most people here are in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and probably even some in their 60s, sporting the metal braces around. I'm not sure why you are even worried about the superficial aspects of braces. Some are also wearing headgear.

I'm extremely self-conscious and I'm not very self-conscious about my braces anymore at all.

>hey yall!! i would like to know if i can get something
>kinda like invasilign if my teeth are kinda rotated
>... they're not like 'majorly' rotated but they are.
>my lil cousin's friend she got something she puts in
>her mouth every night to make her teeth straight and
>my lil cousin said her teeth are worse than mine and
>they're starting to look better. oh and in case age
>might help im 15 and my cousin's friend is 12.i went
>to the orthodentist but wasn't satisfied with what he
>said .
