Nope, you're not the only one by a long shot. I've had my top braces on for six days and I feel the same way. It's impossible to chew anything more solid than scrambled eggs, and in the last couple days several of my teeth have been feeling loose and grinding in and out against each other. Remember, that just means the braces are working -- or at least that's what I keep telling myself. Hang in there!
