I took in the print out about adapting the NTI to fit over brackets, and my ortho said, "Yeah, that looks like it might work. Let me call the lab and see what kind of impressions they need for something like that." So, hopefully at my next appointment we can get it taken care of.
My neurologist has me on some good meds that have cut the migraines down to one a week with only one really bad one per month. I'm hoping the NTI can help with the really bad one because it's definitely related to the clenching. It can't hurt to try.
Thanks, Dr. Rick, for the link. I'm glad I have an ortho who's willing to look at something I bring in off the internet without thinking I'm wacko.
