Because I was so scared of white damage spots, I cleaned like a demented person the entire time with braces. Now the braces are off, guess what? My teeth where the brackets were are a darker "tooth" color than the rest of the teeth that I cleaned so carefully! Drats. Another problem is fissures in my teeth (that either weren't there or I never noticed before braces) that are whitening more with the gel than the rest of the teeth! Anyone experienced these problems and, hopefully, got them evened out?
