When my ortho was using coil springs to open up space for 2 teeth to coem foreward i ran into that problem. It came out of my last moler bracket. I had to get in there with tweezers and put it back in the little hole, not very fun. But it was normal. I told me ortho about it at the next appointment and he just didnt put the wire all the way through to the last molers and said he would keep it that way till the teeth were foreward. WHich is now..lol...so next time i get a thicker wire and all the teeth will be attached to the archwire last time.
Im not all that sure if its that big of a deal. i happened to be going to the movies with one of the assistants at my ortho office, who is one of my good friends, and she told me to just put it back in with tweezers. sorry i couldnt b of more help
