I was talking to my wife's hypnotherapist, yesterday. He mentioned that one of his clients used to wear braces. She was 20 years old and was supposed to have braces for two years. He suggested that she should try self hypnosis to speed up the process. So she did and her treatment was complete in 6 months total. She told him that every night, during self hypnosis, she would imagine her teeth moving into place. I think it is pretty interesting and encouraging.
