Coincidence or not Paddy, I put my lowers on about 3 weeks ago (about a month after putting on the top set of braces) and because the bottom teeth are rather crooked, my dentist alerted me - that one of the brackets could pop off - due to the imense pressure. Surprisingly enough though, nothing ever popped out.

As for the spaces, how much space did they move? How many millimeters? Do you have any idea? I ask, because I had to extract a couple of teeth and I can't see that much progression. They say teeth move about 1mm per month. I wonder if thats true???
