Subject: Biting my cheek!!!

I got my braces on almost two weeks ago and have adjusted fairly well. Most of the soreness has subsided, and I'm back on solid foods (learning how to eat again!). However, there's one problem that seems to have worsened since being fitted: I bite the inside of my left cheek constantly. I began to notice this after the first night with braces. I woke up the next morning with bite marks on the inside of my cheek. I assumed this would subside in the next few days, but it has only gotten worse! The inside of my left cheek is now shredded! I've tried putting wax on--but it doesn't help. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks,

Maya
