I think the idea is to clean after the last time you eat for the day. I have a snack before bed, so it would not work for me to floss and do a thorough cleaning after supper. By the way, my weight is finally stabilizing after losing 8 lbs since getting braces. At least it isn't going down any more. Non-fat milkshakes and fruit smoothies have helped me to get more calories.
