Dan, it's truly tragic that military services are more willing to extract teeth than to repair common oral health issues.

HOWEVER, it's good to understand that there are many options available today to replace missing teeth. Implants are an EXCELLENT options for most people. They look like real teeth. They're very sturdy and secure. They don't seem to have as many problems as bridges and partials.

It's just too bad that implants are so expensive.

When you went into the military, these options were likely not available, or they have advanced greatly. At least you retire to great advancements to modern dentistry.

I hope you're able to become very happy with your smile. I personally thank you for your service in the military. It is truly appreciated.
