Hi everyone: I got my upper braces today and will get the bottom ones on in a couple of months. I'll still be wearing my TMJ splint on the lower teeth at night til I get those braces. Before the appt. I took 4 Advil b/c I knew I'd be in pain from having my mouth open that long. That was the worst part. Is it necessary to get a floss threader, or should I just use regular floss? I can tell I'll need to use the dental wax b/c the braces are rubbing on my lips. I'd appreciate any advice from you guys. Thanks.
