Hi. I'm 33 yrs old, and I had a baby tooth also. It was discovered when I was about 20 yr old. But unlike you, I didn't have a permanent tooth under the baby tooth. My adult tooth never formed. So the dentist left the baby tooth in, which was not really a good idea. In April I had to have 4 teeth removed for braces (one of which was the baby tooth) and of the 4 teeth, the baby tooth had to be surgerically removed. It had been there so long that it was jammed in between my other teeth and the roots were firmly set. So like you....I have to be an adult now that the baby tooth is gone.
