i agree that night only is probably not that big of a deal. my ortho didn't give me the option of wearing it at night for a longer time. he told me that the absolute minimum i can wear it is 18 hours a day to start with. my ortho actually sent a letter in the mail to my parents (since they are paying) right after i got the headgear that told them i'm going to have to wear it even more after "an adjustment period". it also talked about extra charges if i don't wear it enough (which has caused them to become like supreme headgear dictators with me)! sean
