I had to have 11 put in the bottom at one time and my next adjustment wasn't for six weeks. I had a few fall out, the ortho pulled out a few at the next appt but left the others. At my last appt he pulled two more but left two others and put in a new one (I think I will be getting molar bands at me next appt). I have had two of them for over three months.
