I just learned that wiping my mouth with a napkin now with full braces is different than with only upper braces. It hurts!

Also, I was very happy I took a pain pill before going for the lower braces on today. When the molar bands were being sized, before the cement went in, they take the bands back off... one band decided it liked my tooth too much and it felt like the tooth was about to be pulled out. Big ouch on that part. Now I know why they say to take a pill before appointments.
