蒙嘉慧望影迷多做善事 -- 大公報
蒙嘉慧早前隨樂施會往陝西探訪﹐更令她立志成為‘樂施之友’。
　　蒙嘉慧昨日出席招待會﹐並大筆一揮正式成為‘樂施之友’。她說﹕‘每月不過捐出數百元﹐便可幫到該會扶貧﹐我還勸告影迷不要花錢買我的相片﹐曾有影迷說我一張簽名相片﹐便要四十多元﹐不值得﹐不如捐給內地或是為該會做義工。稍後我會幫樂施會義賣米包﹐屆時會邀其他藝人參與﹐如袁彩雲﹑劉曉彤﹑林保怡等﹐該會說明星效應﹐成效更大。’
　　蒙嘉慧談及此行給她難忘的體驗。她說﹕‘原來水可以改變一切﹐我活在香港﹐實在很幸福。如今工作再苦都不敢呻一句﹐事實我比前呻少了很多。’不過﹐她又言﹐自己未算吃得苦﹐因為稍有不潔的食物都不會吞下肚的。
