Ngayun lang napatunayan na Si Joel Panaligan ay nangdaya.. Alam mo Kahit si Alvin Aquino ay dinaya nya ..Ang totoo ay si Alvin ang nanalo noon Pero nag switch ballot Sila Joel Panaligan....... Kaya hayan nakarma na sya... Napakarami niyang kaso Ubos na ang mga ninakaw ni Joel at nila Girao na kakasuhan ng Rape.. Kaya mga kabavayn kong taga mamburao wag na uli kayung mga paka tanga ki Joel ,, Me paiyak iyak sya kuno pero di totoo yun super drama lang yan.. sya lang ang nag sasabong at ubos ang pera ng munisipyo......
