Why would anybody want to do that? There was already
no doubt about his Jewish origin, as his mother is
Jewish.

But if his father is German, Fischer has German origin too. When Fischer is only Jewish, nobody takes his anti-Semitic claims seriously and his German and Arabic disciples consider him no more than a Jewish povocateur.

Besides even with a photo-copy an article can
be a falsification.

No problem to fake a picture or a document in the Internet, but to fake hand-writing(Regina's letter!) is impossible.

There is one detail:

"Two years later, Nemenyi sought help again, telling a
social worker that his son was "not being brought up
in desirable circumstances, due to the instability of
the mother."

In the very first article it didn't say "that his
son was". although I'm not really alarmed by
that detail. It could be an interpretation.

They don't place the document, and we don't know what exactly Nemenyi said.

I would like to know the policy of censorship on these
secret documents. Maybe it's a common policy censor
personal information like the fatherhood of a child.

When you read any serious article, you always find there exact quotes, names, referring to the links(as in the article from Gerard Schendel I found last year). When the article is found on anonymous sources, it is yellow. You never check these facts.
