Strange email

What I suppose to do with it? I did not decide yet if I need a counter on my site and I have no idea how to remove the codes.

...A few weeks ago you applied for a Nedstat Pro trial account, for the purpose
of tracking the visits on your website. This trial however has expired.
Therefore we would like to know if you want to continue Nedstat Pro and
become a subscriber.

If you choose for the latter, please include an invoice address, fax number
and VAT no., when you reply. We will send you a fax for confirmation, which
you can return with a signature.

I�m looking forward to receiving your answer.

If you decide not to go through with Nedstat Pro, could you please let us
know that as well and remove the codes?
