Subject: Believe or not believe, that is the question

When I read an article, I always pay attention where and by whom it is published. It does matter. Today there are many newspapers and magazines in Russia but only a few of them are objective and truthful, the rest publish any unchecked information to attract the more readers. Example: two years ago "Komsomolskaja Pravda" placed an article about Putin's parents. The journalist wrote that he visited a village where they lived and spoke with an old woman who knew them. The old woman told him, that Putin's future father and his friends wanted to come to see future Putin's mother, but she did not let them in because older Putin and his friends were absolutely drunk. Then Putin the older beat the young girl and knocked her eye out. After that the girl's parents forced Putin to marry their daughter. Did I believe this article? No, because I already know that "Komsomolskaja Pravda" is always publishing lies and half-lies.

If the journalist placed the photocopies of FBI files and commented on them, you can believe him. But if he speaks about some events and did not confirm it by anything, you don't know is it true or not. The difference between psychologist and psychiater is very important. A psychologist is busy with sane people and gives them psychological tests. A psychiater treats people with mental ilnesses and puts them medical diagnoses. It is principal if Fischer's mother was examined by a psychologist or by a psychiatrist.
