It was worth reading from 1986 till 1991, during "Perestrojka", when Korotich was the main editor and many intereting and serious materials were published. Now Korotich went to the USA and Ogonek became a yellow magazine for "Delta's". None of intelligent people in Russia reads it.

And if u want to find its forum, ask Ilmar, he must know, he said that he read the messages from Raven and Raba regularly.
