Hi Will. Your right, the 1 7/8" headers are too small. I think a step header would work well. A 2" stepped to 2 1/8" with a 4" collector should be perfect. We do have 4" flanges but have not been able to find gaskets for them, you would have to make gaskets for them. If you are trying to run the exhaust system to the outside of the frame, it would be difficult as our collectors face back along side the transmission. Thanks again, Dan Lemons.
