Hi DJ, thanks for the e-mail. Your current header may have been too big for your last motor with no nitrous. But with your new set up I would give it a try. If your car is not too heavy, on a small tire and leaving hard with mufflers, I would say a 2" with a 4" collector should work well. If the car is heavy, or has big tires, or stall is set low, or no muff's, then maybe a 1 7/8" stepped to 2" but stay with the 4" collector because of the nitrous.
