Hi Jim, Thanks for the e-mail. That is exactly the type of thing we do. All our headers are hand made, so when we build them we add the height of your head and deck to it, so the header fits everywhere else like it should. Also we will build it any tube size you need, with merged type collectors, 3/8" flanges and TIG welded.
You didn't mention what kind of car you have, so when you have time, let me know and I can give you more details on that header.
