Hi Jeff, thanks for the e-mail. Building the header is no problem, although that big of tube will require an inner plate. We charge $850. for the headers, any tube or collector size. Flanges will be 3/8" laser cut and the collectors will be merged type with a transition cone inside, it can be stepped or not. The inner flanges are 3/8" aluminum, with bolts etc. for $80.
