Hi Todd, thanks for the e-mail. You are real close on your tube size estimate. Should work great! Some times we will build a 2 1/4" to 2 3/8" step header with a 4" or 4 1/2" collector, but that would be a little lighter car with a lower rear gear, leaving hard on a small tire, but I think you are correct for your combination.
We don't do any ceramic coatings here, if you have it done be sure they coat them, inside and out. Airborn and HPC are both good company's. We charge $850 for our headers for any tube size and our turn around time is 4 weeks.
