Hello, I have a Merlin 540 (standard 9.8" block) that I will be making some changes to over the winter.
More than likely, I will be installing the Dart Big Chief 14deg heads on it. Right now I have the 2" Super Comp headers, and clearance wise I am ok:)
Do you make a 2 1/4 or 2 3/8, somewhere in the 28-32" length with 4" collector for such combination that will fit without too much hastle? Also, what is the possibility of stepped design? I will be going to manual brakes, and if I need to take off the fender wells it would be fine.
If you can please let me know what you can offer and an approximate cost and turnaround time I would really appreciate it.

Thank you.
