Pallid beast gazes intenly at Black Pearl from a distance. Tarnished dreads rustle relentlesly in the path of vision. Tapered cranium is tossed in annoyence, sending the tangled ribbons skittering away. Hock kisser swings, snappings lightly at the steeds soft underside. Azure gaze is reverted to Killjoy then back to Black pearl.

Killjoy
The muscled draft turns a heavy head to the side, noticing the gazes of a couple pairs of eyes. He returns his attention to his mate and converses quietly with her about her recent doings and their troublesome filly. His deepest desire is to abandon the weakling, but he is aware that the infant may know too much about the herd and the ways of the evils. He could not risk any valuable information or secrets being spilled to their rivals. He would not sacrifice the wellbeing of the herd for the pleasure of himself. He so much to the mare in fewer words and paled his hate for the filly in discussion. He wished not to offend the dam--though he knew she held no love for the babe--since he had vague suspicions of her waning attraction. He did not suspect, yet, that she had any affections for another stud, but he knew she had been a bit distant lately. He wondered, still aware of Marz's and Cynic's occasional glances.

Black Pearl
She could not focus completely on the words of the towering brute. Her mind toyed with thoughts of Cynic, and her gaze flickered upon his noble image every so often. She gave an elegant toss of her sculpted head and aligned her tiny ears in Killjoy's direction, giving the impression of unfaltering attention. Her heart beat loudly with in her, though, and her gleaming tail switched distractedly. She shifted her weight from one slender fore to another, anxiously awaiting the next private moment she and Cynic could steal.

Depthless pools turn down, away from the ever present distractiong The Pearl provided. Lithe bulk is kept motionless, steady as a rock. But alas, gaze cannot be kept on the uneventful rocks below his flinty daggers
