新報訊【記者易飛】日前，有消息稱在「趙薇鄒雪糾紛」出現後第5天，趙薇在上海眼部擦傷，到某醫院眼科就診。但記者昨日聯繫到趙薇的律師趙振義時，他否認了這個消息。而鄒雪方的律師鄭軍向記者表示，目前他們還在搜集相關的證據，律師聲明將在這兩天公佈。

　　據報道，8月2日凌晨3點左右，趙薇紅腫著眼睛悄然出現在上海市中心某醫院的眼科診療室。她首先查了視力，隨後醫生對她的眼部進行了全面檢查，發現只是眼瞼有點腫，沒有傷口，估計只是輕微挫傷。10多分鐘後，趙薇鬆了口氣並匆匆離去。消息稱，趙薇的傷情和原因並不清楚。

　　記者最後就此以短信聯繫趙薇的經紀人陳蓉，陳蓉表示，對於此事她和趙薇都不會發表任何看法。記者之後聯繫到趙薇的律師趙振義時，他表示：「這幾天趙薇都在北京，我們也一直和她有過接觸，並沒有報道中出現的情況。據我所知，趙薇的眼睛並沒有受傷。」

　　另外，鄒雪的律師鄭軍透露：目前他還在做相關證據方面的搜集工作。對於重要證據之一的「錄像帶」，鄭軍表示：目前派出所方面在看過小區監控系統的錄像帶之後還沒有給出說法，所以他馬上將到派出所瞭解相關情況。而鄭軍之前表示將在這個星期發出的律師函，卻突然之間變成了「聲明」。鄭軍表示，幾天之後他將發出相關的聲明。
