Mga kadugo,
The Executive Officers special meeting yesterday approved the CLCYF proposal not only in the financial aspect but also in the facilitation of the training. Manang Aie review and assist/suggest things to discuss in the training design and Ludwig will help Henry to iron some matters to be discussed from the said training design with this effort we can claim that this will be a part of our Project in the foundation (help the CLCYF). I will also help in the facilitation of the training and help confirm on one more speaker,. Lets pray for the success of the said project.
Present in the meeting is Ludwig, Anne and Me, Elma and Bibsy was not able to come in a very short notice.Henry handed to us before we meet the training designed email by manang Aie. We meet at Delio's residence 11:00am and adjourned at 1:00pm and have lunch with the Central Luzon Conference Council officers that meet in Tayug Church.
After the meeting Ludwig went to Bibsy to share what we have taken up and also for the release of the financial assistance.
Our report after our next meeting on Oct. 29 for some more projects.
We are now moving little by little.Keep the fire going!
