I have temper problem and find handling argumments and fights verydifficult. I become very imotional and take every thing personal. I have low self esteem and i feel very insecure about my self. I try the most stupidset things to make my self better and obviously it doesn't help.
Every time i am in these sorts of mood i feel like every one is disgusted with my reactions i feel like my boyfriend doesn't love me anymore and it feels like the end of the atworld. I think i need some serious advice, which i can useto calm me down in these situations.
I like to hold on to the things i have got don't like changes especially if they are not for the better such
people. What advice can you give me?
