We have done the frozen Tshirt contest - and it is a lot of fun - we have also done a deck toss, sub toss, subwoofer mounting speed contest, screaming db contest - I guess their's two different thoughts on this - it drags the day out, but it does make it a heck of a lot more fun--the downside is that it is getting harder and harder to get "giveaways" from companies for prizes. We usually don't have a problem at our own events with the amount of spectators - it's the amount of competitors that seems to be steadily dropping. Chad - so far your guys' comp was the biggest this year for us!! What would everyone think (this is just an idea I'm throwing out there) of going to MECA or some other org. next year so if someone does do very well, they will get some recognition from higher up than on our website? I.E. state champion, state record, etc. This would lighten our $$ load and we would be able to compete in other store's events. Let us know what your thinking!!!!
