I train with Sam and Clutch at the Alameda Schutzhund/Ring club. Actually, I am going to help train Clutch in weight pull, tug-of-war, hang time, and some other Bulldog sports that his bloodline excells at. Laura Harris is also a member of the Alameda club, she is a contributor to this board, I try to pick her brain all the time, smart lady. A couple weeks ago I was in the Boston area and watched Francis and Gubby do a Ring demo, very impressive.

I've seen a lot of ABs do Schutzhund over the years, and in fact the working arm of the AB community (WABA) has breed suitability tests based on Schutzhund. Combine all the ABs with WABA and Schutzhund titles and there are probably something like 200 titles. The reason is because we swim in a Schutzhund sea. Schutzhund is omni-present. You can't throw a rock and not hit a Schutzhund club.

But Mondio is a better sport for Bulldogs. In the near future you are going to see an exodus away from Schutzhund and into Mondio with this breed. It is the wave of the future.
