Hey Bob,
We aren't that far from you. San Antonio. I am from Brownsville......not much going on there in the way of dog training!! There is a SchH club in Mathis, and a girl from Harlingen drives up weekly to that. No ring there, however. Closest ring is here in SA. Email for directions and training times. We're a pretty friendly group!
French Ring is very active in Mexico....Monterrey, DF, And points west. But not so much on the border. The Mexicans take their FR VERY, VERY seriously. In fact, they have far surpassed the Americans overall in that particular sport.
