Just wanted to let you all know that my brother Ben is back in the states. He thinks he has broken his ankle, but has already been told whatever the outcome of his doctor's visit, he will be headed back to Iraq as soon as it is healed. Thank you so much for your prayers. I really think they helped bring him home safely.

PS. He made TIME magazine last month. There is a photo of him shooting at a group of men who fired on his unit. My poor step-mother wanted to know why the photographer didn't take the picture from the front so we could see his whole face. Of course his response was, "Mother, he would have been shot." I guess when you are so concerned about your child, you forget about the "little" guys safety.
