(^)She gave a relieved sigh, and though about hoow to relieve him of his worries. She decided to try to pass it off as simply a Valentines day effect of the celebrations. 'Erm.. I just wanted you to say since it is almost valentines day' she offers with fake cheer in her voice though she is now really and truely relieved. 'When I get better' She grimaces at admitting a weakness 'Can we go take that hunt? I think I can try it now' She offers and tries to stand trying not to let out a yelp of pain as her foot begins to throb. She hoped he would foreget about her question, but she then became preoccupied with trying to stay standing as black spots swam before her eyes.(^)

[grins she has her moments of stubborness too though...]

*he stares at her for a second, feeling as though she was hiding something from him. Valentines, right. Shaking his head he stood up as well, and pressed his muzzle firmly on her side, pushing her back down to the pillows (Sorry for the pp, was the only way I knew how to say that).* Oh, no, *he says.* That hunt can wait, for now you're stuck here--with me--while your foot heals. ALL healed, *he added quickly, fearing she might protest. He looks at her smiles tenderly.* Do you want anything, need anything to pass the time by?

(lol, I know, so can Reb. He's stubborn about a lot of things.)

(^)[no mind the pp, all's hunky dory!] She gives him a frustrated snarl, but settles down. She didn't want to stay here. She eventually began to relaxand slowly leaned into Reb. 'I guess at least I'm stuck here with you...' She offered, putting past her earlier question. 'That was the only good thing about being a human...' She mutters. 'The kissing was very nice.' She gave him a sly smile. 'I guess if I could change into a human now I would, if only to...' She drifts off hoping that now, more than ever his love was true for her... 'I love you more than then the greatest widest ocean...' She says sleepily as she falls backward into him...(^)

[hum... I'm not the character I just play them... *pretends not to know Athenry the little romantic...*]

(^)She gives a soft contented sigh, and when she closes her eyes she can see the dawn of spring from winter shining through the haze. But this hadn't been just any winter. This had been their winter. and it had been bueatiful. When she finally drifted off she dreamed of the bueaty of what was to come and the time that they could spend together. She also dreampt with pity on all who didn't know such love, all who had yet to see.(^)

[augh! hard for you to respomd to this so you can do morning a little later and maybe Ry will try to sneak off even though she's not healed... heh heh...]

(lol, tut tut, shame on Ry!! ((Wahoo... sounds too much like Ri, lol....)) Okeydokey, next morning! Sleepings no fun, there's nothing to write about except... Snore... :-D)

*he awoke to the soft light of early dawn, and check on Athenry, making sure she was still asleep. He smiled down upon her unconscious form and his heart swelled with love. He jumped down and built a fire (not sure how, though, lol) making sure that the room was going to stay warm enough. Then finding a book, he curls up by the fire and reads making no noise so as not to disturb her.*

(^)The less tired femme awoke to the dawn. She spotted Reb over in the corner reading and the fire burning bright. Now surely he didn't really want me to stay in here all this time... She thought to herself and tried to stand. With much silent effort she made it and she as quietly as she could slid off of the bed. She tried to slink out of the door unnoticed, but let out a squeak of discomfort as her paw spazemed[sp?] with pain. She waited to see if she had been caught...(^)

(hehe, Athy... I like it!! *pats Athy's head* Bad girl... lol, jk. Reb needs someone to keep 'im on his toes everynow and again.)

*engrossed in the book he almost misses her exit. But pretends he doesn't notice that she's leaving. Once out of sight, he gets up, leaving the book by the fire for another time, and silently pads after her, black fur blending well with the early morning shadows, wondering what exactly was she up to?*

It is evident that her foot is ok, but could use a few more days bed rest. She didn't want to go back and lie down. She wanted to hunt. However, she knew Reb would probably make her lay still. *he watches her intently. Though she walked well enough on her foot, he knew it wasn't healed enough for her to do much activity on. The scab was still to new, and would threaten to open if she ran. He knew this well, for hit had seen many a paw injury in his day. He'd let her pad around the palace, but refused to let her hunt, no matter how much she begged, pleaded, or... called him names. If it meant her getting better, then by all means he was prepared to do whatever it took, no matter the cost.*
