Subject: Frame-rails

I have a 1980 Monte Carlo that needs the frame-rail kit from here: http://www3.sympatico.ca/conradlozier/ (or similar), installed. However, I've been having a very difficult time tracking down someone in central Indiana to do the welding. Is there anyone in the forum that can refer me to?
