Actually, I've been back 7 times since 1991. My wife & I founded a non-profit, humanitarian foundation that currently cares for 216 orphans in the Central Highlands.

I have not, however, visited either Qui Nhon or Phu Tai. The province government in Binh Dinh & Qui Nhon have a reputation for not treating Americans all that well.

Other places I have been treated pretty well.
