Schau am besten mal unter diesem Link nach, auf Seite 3 die Wirkung einer �berdosierung mit trizyklischen Antidepressiva beschrieben.

Kurze Zusammenfassung von mir:
- bereits der Inhalt einer Packung, auf einmal genommen, kann zu lebensbedrohenden Zust�nden f�hren
- �berdosis f�hrt zu schweren Herz-Rhytmusst�rungen bzw. epileptischen Anf�llen.

Meine Meinung: K�nnte funktionieren, und d�rfte ein ziemlich grausames Ende sein. Also lieber die Finger von lassen.

Zu Dosierung und Zeitdauer habe ich nichts gefunden, vermutlich gibt es da kaum gesicherte Werte, weil TZA recht selten zum Suizid verwandt werden.
