Hm... und wenn dein Unterbewußtsein nicht wirklich Selbstmord plant, sondern dich einfach davor warnen will? Dass du aufpassen sollst was du tust bezüglich Selbstmord und Selbstmordgedanken?
Manchmal können die auch zu einer gewissen "Sucht" werden, manchmal braucht man sie und manchmal sind sie einfach da und man hasst sie... hmmm...
... anscheinend ziehn sie dich nur runter... sind unnötig.

Leider hab ich selbst den Weg sie zu verbannen nie gefunden, aber mitlerweile nehm ichs lockerer wenn ich von meinem Tod träum oder wenn ich ihn zwischen wach-sein und schlafen mit offenen Augen seh... es hat Zeiten gegeben, da war ich mir den ganzen Tag nicht sicher ob ich nun wirklich leb oder nicht...

Es kann ja auch ganz einfach sein, dass du dich am Abend zuvor doch noch kurz damit beschäftigt hast... kommt dann auch oft in den Träumen wieder ;)

Mach dir auf jeden Fall keine Panik und lass dich ned runterziehn... es zählt noch immer das, dessen du dir bewußt bist. Das Unterbewußtsein kann manchmal verdammt grausam sein.
Ok... des hört sich wahrscheinlich jetzt so leicht gesagt an... wirst dir denken "die spinnt ja"... *hm* Aber es ist nunmal nicht von weit hergeholt...
