Hallo Roland,

kommt auf den Ablaufzeitraum, die Wirksubstanz, die Lagerbedingungen, den Aggregatzustand (fest, flüssig) & letztlich auf den Verwendungszweck an. Das offizielle MHD ist deutlich tiefer angesetzt, als die Substanz tatsächlich stabil ist. Die Pharmafirmen wollen durch die Toleranz u.a. absolut sicher sein, daß sie in dieser Hinsicht rechtlich nicht belangt werden können. Ich denke, bei einem Jahr Verfall kannst Du Dir sicher sein, daß das Zeugs sowohl noch wirkt, als auch nicht toxisch ist (allerdings ohne Garantie!). Medis, bei denen es auf absolute Wirksamkeit ankommt (die Pille, Antibiotika...) würde ich nicht mehr anwenden.
Hab mir vor etlichen Wochen Medikamente (Diazepam, Pentazocin) gespritzt, die seit 14 Jahren abgelaufen waren, die hatten noch ne prima Wirkung ohne (für mich spürbare) toxische Nebenwirkungen.
Hmm, poste lieber noch mal mit genaueren Angaben, so pauschal kann man das nicht sagen.
