Also Sigmund Freud wird auf einer Uni an der Psychologie an der naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultät angesiedelt ist überhaupt nicht sonderlich behandelt. Während meiner Studienzeit erfuhr ich von Psychoanalyse entweder nebenbei (so als Erwähnung für eine andere psychologische Disziplin, die grob umrissen wurde) oder weil ich mich freiwillig damit beschäftigte (einzelne Lehrveranstaltung für eine therapeutische Schule (im Lehrplan mussten wir zwei therapeutische Schulen auswählen))
Dass aber das Werk "Unbehagen in der Kultur" sein Hauptwerk sein soll, wäre mir aufgefallen und ist wäre mir neu. Freud ist nicht der typische Sozialpsychologe. Innerhalb der Psychoanalyse bist da bei Adler viel besser aufgehoben (mein Lieblingsvertreter aus der Psychoanalyse).
Im übrigen hatte ich den Eindruck, als dass sich diese Aussage auf mich bezogen söllte und nicht als Verweis auf ein Werk von Freud diente.
