i would like to know if you could answer this question i have wondered if you are adopted and the father dies who has raised you would he be able to contact the person as i am adopted and he has died i miss him very much but have never had a message from him i had not seen him for 3 days when he was took into hospital my sister and brothe in law never came to seek me they had to drive past where i live to go the hospital i will never forgive them for what they have done as well as my mam because she should of told them i would be very grateful to you if you could help me
