Subject: Long Bien 1967

Looking for anyone who knows my dad Howard Kuster. He was stationed in Long Bien Vietnam with the 62nd Engineering Battalion Construction in 1967. Looking for PFC Norris (mail clerk) Lawrence, Thomas Mills, Sergeant Bullock and Chesolm. Trying to find witnesses to an earthmover explosion on September 11, 1967.
