I was at Danang Air Base 1966-1967. The coin you speak of was probably from One of the Clubs and used in the slot machines.Regular currency was either MPC Or Vietnamese piastre,both of which was paper. As I remember,the slot machine coins were gold colored. (At least some of them were). See ya ....... Dan
