Subject: help they wont quit

to whom it may concern;
recently my grandmother has passed. when she passed my family secret came out. the family secret was someting very disturbing. the man i had known as my grandfather was actually my father but his stepson was my older sisters father. ever since I found this out i have been very upset and since i am a pregnant women even more so emotional. Since this point i cant get one good nights sleep i feel as though someone is trying to invade my dreams if you will. i have tryed everything from dream catchers to sleeping pills and it wont stop please help me find out who it is and what they want
