I am not sure about Jim Kratz, but I believe Bill Schwartz is still in the Pittsburgh area. I keep in close touch with Dave Testa and Ed Zimmerlin, and I am sure one of them would have his number. Please email me for more details. Npadovano@cogeco.ca.
