It has since spread to other countries. A coronavirus is a virus that is found in animals and can be transmitted from animals to humans and then spread person to person. Despite Wuhan and also other Chinese cities being quarantined, the COVID-19 has spread to just about 70 locations internationally. In Switzerland, COVID-19 cases have been confirmed and deaths have been reported. COVID-19 symptoms range from mild to severe. It will require 2-14 days after exposure for symptoms to develop. People who are infected initially develop a fever, cough and can progress to shortness of breath and complications from pneumonia.
