The River Irwell that passes around the ground last night broke its banking and flooded the pitch. The pumps did there best but apparantly there was still some surface water.

Several club officials have serious doubts as to whether or not the game will be played. But,,,,,, it has been a very sunny day today and if we get the same tomorrow, who knows??? Fingers crossed and I will try and keep you updated.
